The Safety Checklist

Our Agentic Headless Commerce framework is built on a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. Here is how we protect your customers.

01

Data Collection

The "Zero-Knowledge" Vault
  • Minimalist Schema: We audit every field. We do not collect gender, titles, or DOB unless strictly required for legal reasons.
  • Identity Isolation: "Preferred Name" is the primary display to prevent deadnaming. "Legal Name" is encrypted for billing only.
  • Sensitive Shield: Health or orientation data is treated as "Special Category Data" under UK GDPR with higher-tier encryption.
02

Inclusive AI

Agentic Intelligence
  • Unbiased Intent: Our AI is tuned to recognize diverse needs (e.g., "adaptive clothing", "sensory-friendly") without stereotyping.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Programmed to use culturally sensitive language and avoid Western-centric assumptions.
  • Accessibility Interface: Robust voice-to-text and text-to-voice features via Vercel AI SDK for visual or motor impairments.
03

UI / UX

The Universal Sanctuary
  • WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA: High contrast, keyboard-only navigation, and screen-reader optimization for all ages.
  • Cognitive Load Reduction: Clean, predictable layouts to support neurodivergent users and high-stress shopping contexts.
  • Safe Browsing: "Quick Escape" button feature for sensitive retail sectors to protect users in vulnerable domestic situations.
04

Sovereignty

The UK Standard
  • Local Sovereignty: All PII is stored in the eu-west-2 (London) region, protecting users from foreign data intrusion.
  • Vulnerable Identities: Sensitive data remains within UK jurisdiction, subject only to the UK High Court and ICO.
  • Right to be Forgotten: "One-Click Scrub" immediately clears user data from the Vault and AI memory.
